How do we come up with our cash offers?We provide a market value cash offer based on what comparable properties are currently listed for in the area. Unlike other investors or cash buyers, we want to give a fair cash offer that is at or above market value, giving our sellers the advantage in comparison to listing with a realtor.

How do we sign the contract?Primarily, contracts will be sent via email and signed with electronic signature on Docusign. The second way is we send the contract in PDF form and you print it out, signing it and scanning it back over to us. The third way is we can also send over a mobile notary to meet with you and sign in person; whatever you as the seller feel the most comfortable doing.

What happens after the contract is signed?Once we receive the completed contract with signature of all parties on the title, it will be sent to a local title company and go through the escrow. Once escrow is completed, funds will be facilitated to all parties involved.

How long does it typically take to close and get the money?In the contract, we put a 30 day close on the transaction; however, we typically close anywhere from 2 to 3 weeks. Once the inspection period is completed, we send the deposit to escrow and get the properties closed as soon as possible.
